Consistent fitment depends on consistent processes. From raw material to dispatch, every stage below is carried out in our own Ludhiana factory.
Incoming material inspection
Raw material is checked before it goes into production.
Forging
Raw parts are forged in-house where the part design requires it.
CNC turning
Components are turned on CNC lathes to controlled dimensions.
VMC machining
Further machining operations are carried out on vertical machining centres where required.
Heat treatment
Parts are heat treated or induction hardened where the specification requires it.
Plating and surface treatment
Plating and surface finishing are applied where required.
Multi-stage inspection
Dimensions and finish are checked at several stages in our inspection facilities.
Testing
Custom testing setups are used where applicable.
Packing and dispatch
Parts are packed in marked bag or box quantities for dispatch.
Technical details
Dimensions, materials and other technical details are shared for specific part numbers on request. We do not publish general specifications, because they would not apply equally to every part.

We promptly review genuine manufacturing or fitment concerns. Approved claims are resolved through replacement or credit in accordance with our written dealer return policy.
